Spółka Makarony Polskie SA took up a 100% shareholding of MP Trade Sp. z o.o., representing 100% of votes at the General Meeting. In total, the Company took up 5,000 shares of the nominal value of PLN 100 each, of the total nominal value of PLN 500,000. The shares will be paid for in cash.   

The purpose of the newly formed company is to provide trade services on a fee or contract basis of the brand products of the Makarony Polskie Group in the traditional as well as modern trade channels and export. MP Trade will also engage in trade on its own account with goods of other Polish and foreign producers. An additional profile of the new company’s operation will be provision of trade services on a fee or contract basis to the benefit of Polish or foreign entities.          

Formation of MP Trade Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Stoczek Łukowski follows the strategy of Makarony Polskie SA of aiming at continuous improvement of profitability and effectiveness of the Group operation.
