Makarony Polskie SA concluded trade cooperation agreements with the following suppliers of raw materials: Polskie Młyny SA, PZZ Kraków, PHU Agro Sp. z o.o., MCG.   

The agreements are for supplies of flour to the production plants of Makarony Polskie SA. They are framework agreements and specify quantity of supplies, fixed purchase prices for the 6-month to 12?month period, and how quantity of supplies and fixed purchase prices are to be determined for consecutive periods.        

Conclusion of the said agreements is in line with the policy of the Company as regards safeguarding deliveries of raw materials at fixed prices needed to execute contracts concluded with buyers of produced goods and as regards ensuring the Company’s access to raw materials at a relatively low and fixed price for a longer period, which is of special importance in a context of the current, unstable situation on the raw materials market.
